Which size should I choose?
All our sizes are UK women's sizes. You can find the full UK size guide, with bust, waist and hip measurements in centimetres and inches, on our Size Guide page. If you are between two sizes, we recommend going up a size.
When will my order be dispatched?
It takes us 1 to 3 working days to process your order. Orders placed during the week are usually processed within one working day. If you place your order on a Friday afternoon or at the weekend, processing may take a little longer. Once processed, delivery usually takes a further 7 to 15 working days.
How can I track my order?
You can check the status of your order in the Track Your Order section of the menu. Simply enter your tracking number to see real-time updates on your delivery.
What is your returns policy and how do I use it?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the moment you receive your parcel. Return the items in their original condition within those 30 days to request a refund. Email info@mayfairrose.uk with the subject line Return Request and we will send you the return instructions.
