What we collect. When you place an order or contact us we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number and details of your order. We also receive limited technical data (such as IP address, browser type and cookies) when you use the website. Payments are handled by our payment providers through Shopify's secure checkout — we never see or store your full card details.

Why we use your data, and the lawful bases.

• To process and deliver your order, and to provide customer support — performance of a contract.
• To keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation.
• To protect the website and prevent fraud — legitimate interests.
• To send marketing emails — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Who we share it with. We share personal data only where necessary to provide our services: with Shopify (the platform our store runs on), with payment processors, and with the fulfilment partners who dispatch your order (they receive the name, address and contact details needed for delivery, and provide the tracking number). We do not sell or rent your personal data.

International transfers. Some of these providers are located outside the UK and the EEA (including the United States and, for order dispatch, Asia). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as contractual protections meeting UK requirements.

How long we keep it. Order and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal obligations (typically six years for tax records). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
