Order Changes and Cancellations

Weekend Orders: Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Cancellations: Your order may be cancelled and fully refunded provided that it has not already entered the preparation process or been dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. This does not affect your statutory 14-day right to cancel after delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — see our Refund Policy.
